Summer Athletics Training

Parents/Student Athletes,

This is for any student athlete in grades 6th- 12th during the 25-26 school year. Please complete this form if you are interested in committing to two days a week this summer for athletics training in strength and agility. Before setting up the program, it is important to see how many students would be committed to completing the program. Please complete the form by May 5, 2025.
